The aim of the course is to develop and strengthen the participants’ skills and knowledge, and to inculcate professional attitude which ultimately will have a significant impact on the organization. Participants need to be aware that their knowledge and skills can be enhanced. At the end of the course, they will be more knowledgeable on the organisation current development and structure. Lastly, they will also be able to understand the law and regulation with regard to their daily tasks.
The course focused on managing and improving interpersonal skills among the participants as well as organising and planning time effectively. At the end of the course, the participant are able to learn how to complete a task in a stipulated time. Thus, planning and exercising conscious control over the amount of time spent on specific activities will be able to increase effectiveness, efficiency and productivity.
The course will focus on generating, analysing, evaluating and implementng ideas. It provides guidelines for brainstorming and assists participants to be more creative through a collaborative approach. At the end of the course, participants are expected to able to produce the intended outcomes and solutions. Participants also learn to isolate issues and cases in order to detect and rectify problems.
The lab will allow the organisation to explore new business venture beside the palm oil industry. The new areas will be deliberated and discussed thoroughly within this one week session.
